As you may already know, I am in the midst of the Coaches Training Institute certification program. I am required to complete 100 hours of paid coaching by the end of December. Yes, that’s correct. Somehow in my super busy life, I have added this into the mix. Coaching is my full circle. It is everything I have ever done integrated into one–yoga, teaching, health coaching, Reiki, and meditation.
I didn’t always know what path to take to get where I wanted to go. Through coaching and having a coach, I landed on my feet again.
Going through CTI’s coaching program and certification program has changed me, and continues to change me. I have learned how to show up more for myself, how to be more of a leader in my life, and I have learned how to get out of my own way.
I no longer feel some deep desire to fix everyone or thing around me. FYI this is huge for me. I had an “I’m going to heal the world complex.” Truth is, that was exhausting me. In order for true healing and change to take place, I have learned that ‘I’ must get out of the way and guide my clients to explore a place where they see their wholeness and see their own gifts. A part of CTI’s model is founded on the principle that we are all creative, resourceful, and whole. This is a paradigm shift that has changed my relationship to myself and the world around me.
CTI has also taught me how to be a coach in a grounded way. Through my supervisions, I have gained valuable feedback that I implement into my coaching.
One of the patterns I am working on is asking for help. It is very uncomfortable for me to ask for help. I am asking for your support as I work to get the rest of my coaching hours. I would love to ask you a favor. Would you be willing to share my New Client Special? Or would you be willing to share it with someone that may benefit from coaching?
I am so excited about coaching and being the best coach that I can be.
I appreciate you!
